Just to say thank you very much Temara all the best. Tamera was a good person and was very warm it was not just because of working it was just how she was I just wanted to write this because it was brilliant I will definitely come back again. When she open the mask as I wanted to ask a few think about the food. Tamara then said I’ll come over in a minute and then she got all the paper menus all the food and drinks+tea to have a look to read.Īs we were outside and not close at all but could see was happy and smiling generally. I said actually I’ll go out side as its nice and sunny. Then she “said no problem at all.” she showed me around the seat area, It was nice also very clean. So I said ‘Can I look around the seating are’ She then asked “where would you like to sit outside or inside?” The waiter then asked me “If you need any help any time just let me know ok”. the area and came over to me and said “Good afternoon, how are you?” then asked “Would you like to eat or drink anything?” then I said ‘Yes please’

Euston / Kings Cross /St Pancras Hotels.Docklands / Canary Wharf / Isle of Dogs Hotels. He made no further explanation nor did he ask any questions as to our situation. He apologized and said that he had spoken to the kitchen and that he had refunded the price of our beverages. Upon spotting who I assumed was a manager and confirming that was indeed the case I expressed my dissatisfaction. I gathered my party and had them proceed to the car. After declining his offer as the food was nowhere in sight, he said he understood and charged our party for a lemonade and iced tea. He was in great spirits as he asked if we wanted to switch the order to go. At 3:25 our food had not arrived and I informed our server that we would need to leave. Seating area was empty aside from one other table, also a party size of three. He declined.Order ed two burgers and a turkey sandwich along with Parmesan fries. Asked the server if he had any recommendations. On the menu options like a turkey sandwich and a burger option, along with elevated sauce and spread choices, make for what should be quick and easy selections. Beautiful outdoor space with plenty of shade and lots of circulating air via large fans that do a more than adequate job of keeping flying insects away. Standard menu options that don't really require a full kitchen. My thing is, why weren't we told BEFORE we sat there? The server told us we could move to the other outdoor sitting area but who wants to move with all their drinks and food plates IN THE MIDDLE OF THEIR MEAL? Anyway, I wouldn't go back. Also, while in the middle of our meal, we were told that we had 10 mins left to eat and finish or move to a different area as the spot where we were sitting had been reserved. I even asked my friend to taste them to make sure I wasn't going insane and she couldn't swallow the bite she took. seriously, you give me eggs that are essentially inedible and you make me pay to replace it. Wow, just wow and I told two of the servers the reason why I was askin g for a new plate of eggs. Yum Now, hear this: I ordered the Classic Plate and my eggs were so salty, I had to ask for them to be replaced which they charged me for it. The butter was Infused with herbs and went well with the bread. First thing first, the bread and butter we started with as appetizers was delicious, that's where the two stars were earned.
